This low cost, quality cargo carrier has 5" side rails with holes for securing your gear with tie down straps or a cargo net. Can be used on a class II trailer hitch with the optional 1-1-4" to 2" hitch adapter. Hitch pin is not included. HCB-4818 Limitations of Use: Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch. Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension to carry a load. Not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a hitch riser adapter.
